Challenges and solution

As a senior in the wine-selling industry, Wine Shop at Home wanted to overhaul their business processes, transitioning to a new commission engine and streamlining operations both internally and for their field agents. This initiative led Wine Shop at Home to partner with us, resulting in the creation of an improved and more efficient system.

Wine Shop at Home’s intricate business structure has often posed significant challenges. Our tasks included integrating with the new commission engine, establishing various subscription plans, and migrating data across multiple systems. Despite the complexity, we successfully managed and completed these efforts.
